Default Dyno-Tuning 103

I have a 2005 Ultra with a 103 SE kit. Rinehart true-duals and a recently installed PCIII unit. I've downloaded a few maps and am not overly happy with the performance of the bike, I've heard dyno-tuning is the way to go (spend more money). Any thoughts or recommendations on centers in North Texas (Dallas area)?

Thanks,
Scott
