Great selection of bikes. Great friendly staff and professional attitude. There is a dealer that is closer to my home in NY, but chose to give my business to a Connecticut dealer.

I bought my Harley from the Waterloo, IA Silver Eagle Harley-Davidson store. The sales team, clothes dept, technicians, and parts dept. were all incredibly friendly and helpful everyone there made me feel welcome and did a great job with helping me to pick out my first HD. If anyone lives in Iowa I'd recommend going to the Silver Eagle HD store in Waterloo, and go to Mike Pederson (The sales team member who sold me my bike) he is the main reason why I was sold on getting the bike, if not for his great help and answering all my millions of questions I don't know if I would have ended up getting my bike.
I highly recommend this store. 5 stars all the way.

Here is their website address: http://www.silvereagleharley.com/

I'll throw a huge shout out to Iron Valley H-D in Manheim, PA.

Eric Long in Sales, Paula in Finance and Emma in Mo Clothes were all top notch.

They do stick hard to their price, but despite that, their customer service was great.

I'd recommend them to anyone.

What a JOKE this place is.
Marcel the service manager is a theif and a con man. He does not know anything about bikes but will try and sell you anything for a buck. He steales any tip money you leave for the mech. who did the work on your bike and screws the mechs out of there comm. So that he makes more cash.
The place is going to hell. They only have 1 HD cert. mech. and the rest are 10.00 a hour kids with NO experiance on bikes and none have even been to school. They are cheap labor and are NOT harley certified or anything even close. They cannot even do a service without a major issue.
Do not bring your bike there unless you want to sit the season out.
They got rid of the real mechs. to save money and now the customers have to rely on jiffy lube kids to work on there rides. Just look at thier commercial, They are begging for mechanics because they screwed too many people over to get anyone to even work there anymore.
What a JOKE!!!!!!!!!

SAN DIEGO HARLEY DAVIDSON Kearny Mesa
As with all dealerships, good and bad, but overall good folks.
Talk to Mike Moran-sales
Scott or Rob-Parts (even though they won't give the firemans 10% discount) they are great and knowledgable and very friendly.
Jeramhee-Service, stand up guy.
I have had some issues but they get resolved. Bought an '07 RK Custom last year and traded it in a rightous deal for an '08 RG and they swapped everything that would swap from the RK to the RG free of charge. Saved me about 8k and resalvaged some good chrome and upgrades.
TY-GM good guy. and great babes in motorclothes.

Seminole Harley Sanford, Fl. was in a jam with a battery situation tonight and STEEVO in the service dept. thats his name! went above and beyond @ 7:55pm and they close at 8pm to fix my problem and was able to put it in warranty work!!! Its nice to deal with a good guy in the service dept. sales on the other hand I believe you should beat them to submission on price especially when they are all suffering in this economy.

Okie is the MAN at Harley Davidson of Cartersville. Over all this is the best dealership experience I have had, all the way from service, to sales, parts and clothing, and just general friendliness, you can’t go wrong with them. Granted I am a little bias, seeing that is where our H.O.G. is out of. But they do go above and beyond what is asked of them. From the Queen (Miss Penny) down the ladder to Jason who makes a mean pot of coffee, there is a family feel that you will not find at many other dealerships. Did I pay more for my new bike then if I had gone somewhere else, I don’t know or really care. This is my dealer, and I want my money to stay here with family and friends, and support the community where I live, not some dealership down in Florida. So if you are ever a little north of Atlanta stop by, shake a few hands, meet some new friends, have a cup of coffee, and if you see an old Indian on a new Ultra Classic with a grin from ear to ear that would be me, and welcome to my dealership, Harley Davidson of Cartersville!

Really, really nice crew all the way around. You won't get a discount on a new bike but,
they make up for it in Bike Nights, other events & rides and just great people!

Mike's Harley Davidson in Groton, Connecticut.  Small place, but they worked their ass off to find my '07 cobalt and silver RKC.  The service dept will also remember you and always talk to you like a friend ............ I give them a (****+) on the scale.

Paramount Harley in Framingham, MA - Great Customer Service!

I bought a used bike from them near the end of the season last year.  The entire process was excellent.  All of the people were friendly and helpful.   When I got the bike home I noticed that there was a problem with the fork lock - it just wouldn't lock.  So I brought it to Paramount and they ordered up the parts needed to fix it.  Apparently it would require removing the entire front forks to replace the lock mechanism.    Once the parts were in, I was unable to get the bike in to be fixed for many months due to the weather and the distance to the place.  Once spring sprung, I was able to bring the bike in and they fixed it up like new.  No charge; no hassles.

I highly recommend this dealership.  I only wish I lived closer.

Colboch HD, Morristown, TN...Salesman is Ernie...straight up.  Not cheap but straight.  I got quotes from all over TN, VA, NC. They gave the second best deal, but were the closest.  I figured that good will is worth something when it comes to service.  The 1K service was expensive but they did it when they said they would and I didn't have to take it back to have something fixed that they screwed up.  My old granddy used to say, it only costs a little more to go first class.  I guess he was right.

I'll throw a plug here for East Coast Harley Davidson right outside the gates of MCB Quantico in Stafford, VA. The owner is sort of a nut, but that has caused the staff to step up their game to keep the place hopping. Everybody from the sales manager, Jeff, to the business manager, Heather, made my buying experience something to remember. Good place, fair prices, and no games.

Bill

Addendum: I had heard repeatedly that the owner was a nut, so I repeated it here in good faith. Today, I had to go back to the dealership and accidentally met the owner. I had no idea who he was until we were almost done with the conversation and I asked who he was. Seemed like a pretty good dude to me. So, I'm figuring the "owner is a nut" stuff was from someone who couldn't be pleased. Myself, I think things went well and would recommend the dealership to anyone.

Dallas Harley Davidson in Garland TX http://www.dallashd.com/

This review is in regard to the parts department only. I have no experience with service or sales. Im rating them an honest 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Ive been in there a lot since acquiring a low mileage 2003 FLSTCI, needed some minor work here and there. Every time, I mean every time Ive been there to get a part the sales staff has bent over backwards to help and I was not prepared for the friendliness at all.

I needed a couple of turn signal lenses, but they were out of stock. The parts guy apologized but said wait, then went out on the floor and got a set of 4 off the display and took 2 out for me.

Today I needed a tranny drain plug O-ring, a $0.95 item. The place was packed it was a Saturday and every parts guy was busy with customers selling chrome or running boards or lots of other high end goodies. I had been standing in line at the counter about 2 minutes and the parts manager came out of his office to ask if I had been helped. I got my O-ring in less time than it took to find a parking space. And it was Saturday! I hate shopping on freakin Saturday but I gotta tell ya this kind of service is rare and very unfamiliar to me. Every employee in this place treats you like an old friend I am impressed if not amazed.

(the only reason I didnt go full 5 stars is the parts salesmen dont always know a tech detail or application but they always go ask someone and find out, so what the Heck 5 stars it is!

*****

Got a 2008 Herritage Classic 105th Anniv.  for under MSRP plus they waived all doc, prep etc. They disounted new exhaust w/o me having to ask since I purchased my bike from them. Salesmam (Dennis) was very friendly, no pressure and knew products well. Service dept has been excellent and very fast in getting bike back to me. The girls that sell clothing are not only very friendly but easy on the eyes. Although Cete is closer, I will return to Chitown.

****+

I rolled off the lot with a great bike.  1 week later had an oil leak.  Took it back and they were great in their service and fast turnaround.  Told me that the bolts in the oil filter housing were dripping and they repaired it.  Hasn't dripped any oil since.  Nice people and knowledgeable.

Shumate HD in Kennewick, Wash. They have been very friendly and helpful whenever I went there. This last summer when a mistake was made when they were putting some new apes on my Springer, they paid in full for the whole thing, even for the free pickup and delivery when they had to reorder and redo the apes. They even paid for my motel room when I had to stay overnite. Since I''ve had no complaints with them, I give them 5 stars.

 \\;
+1 what he said they treat you right, I will buy my next bike from them no matter where I live.
