Lets see Colts have played two last place teams, 2, second to last place teams and 1 second place teams. Patriots have played one first place team, two second place teams, one second to last place and one last place team based on division standing. Colts have one supper bowl apperance and win in last how many years, I only went back 10 and lost interest. Patriots 4 super bowl apperances and 3 wins in 10 years. And size has very little to do with it, I'll take the patriots skill any day.

You should get your story straight there pal.....
Patriots opponents thus far: 14-20
Jets = 1-4 were 0-0
Chargers = 3-3 were 1-1
Bills = 1-5 were 0-2
Bengals = 1-4 were 1-2
Browns = 3-3 were 2-2
Cowboys = 5-1 were 5-0
Colts opponents thus far: 13-14
Saints = 1-4 were 0-0
Titans = 3-2 were 2-0
Texans = 3-3 were 2-0
Broncos = 2-3 were 2-1
Bucs = 4-2 were 3-1
The Colts have played 4 consecutive games against teams who either in first place or tied for first place in their division. (Technically, you could say New Orleans was tied for 1st place, but since it was the opening game....I left it out)
The Colts have managed to become 5-0 despite losing both starting CB's, starting Linebacker, starting Left Tackle (replaced by a rookie) and we also lost a few players who were cut or let go in free agency (Mike Doss, Corey Simon, Montae Reagor, Dominic Rhodes,). We also lost two key starters to season ending injury in Rob Morris and Anthony McFarland.
Despite that, we're 5-0....and we're in the top 10 in most categories on defense.....in the top 5 in some.
Now who have the Patriots played? They've played 1 good team....and another team that hasnt lived up to expectations this year in the Chargers. In fact, the Patriots have been given a playoff spot practically for the last 10 years because the AFC East has sucked. Only 1 team has won that division other then the Patriots since the Colts left. In fact, that was the only year the Patriots failed to make the playoffs despite being 10-6. That team would be the Jets....and they've made the playoffs a whopping 3 times in the last 8 years.
The Patriots in fact remind me of the 2005 Colts, 2005 Seahawks, and 2006 Bears, in that their schedule for the most part is a joke....most of the teams on that schedule are in a down year, and they face little or no challenge even in their own division.
