I let my bike get rained on for a few days months ago. I am stupid please forgive me.
I see little spots of rust on some of the corners of the spokes edges. On my rear swing are there is a spot inside a groove. What should and what can I do.
Please help!

You may get by with just using a damp cloth and a good quality wax. I've also used rubbing compound and then wax. Most automotive parts houses should also be able to help you out with a product. Hope this helps. Keep that bike in the garage.
That's really the bottom line. Stay on top of it, work at it, and know where your problem spots are. Clean off the rust, use a good wax to seal it and keep an eye on it...first hint of rust, back up and do it again.
I haven't tried this but I'm wondering if you could get them good and clean, free of rust, wipe them off with paint thinner, let that dry, then spray some clear laquer (like Krylon in the rattle can) on them. Might last a little longer than wax. If I were trying this, I'd probably mask off all but the middle of the rim where the spokes attach.
Now, Skip would say just paint the rims black because chrome is evil.
