Default panhead rocker arms

i'm looking for some american made rocker arms for the panhead, not accurate eng. thats too much money for a set of rocker arms. i bought a set of taiwan made rocker arms & bushings, don't waste your money, do not buy these as the metal they are made of might as well be aluminum. if they were made from real metals they would be perfect, but they'er not. anything better out there ????

yep, our roller rockers and bearing blocks are not CHEAP foreign stuff.
you get what you pay for.
our markup is low and we can only sell so many sets per year----------we use the rest on our builds.
to date, zero failure rate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

i've bought two differant sets, i really don't want to name any names, but they were purchased through reputable aftermarket parts dealers. they don't care where there from, it's all money to them. the rocker arms are okay, but the bushings suck.

Reason I asked was to determine whether they were originally from V-Twin Mfg. A lot of catalog joints sell parts from V-Twin without identifying them as the source. Don't worry about naming names. If you have a bad experience with a product, and it is product quality related, then all of us would like to know about it.

i bought a set from J&P cycle, that seemed to wear to fast, I had some valve issues after about a 100 miles and while i was there i checked the rockers and the bushings have as much wear as the old harley bushings that i had reamed to fit the rocker arms. so now what i got is all new taiwan rocker arms with original rocker arm bushings, with alot of end play. and noise of course.

If you got them from J&P, I'd guess they came through V-Twin Mfg., aka "Taiwan Tedd". I've had some problems with several things gotten from V-Twin, usually related to cheezy or poorly heat treated metal. Have you thought about talking to a good machine shop and seeing if they could make a set out of some better material?

If you still need genuine rockers, I have a couple of sets left. Email me or PM me.
