It is 28 or 29 JD/JDH I believe, they were a twin cam motor, not unlike the newer ones. If you have ever seen the movie "The Rocketeer" there is one in there.
The closer one with two headlights is a 1929 JDH (2-Cam) and the farther one with a single headlight is a 1928 JDH (2-Cam) Harley. You can tell they are JDHs because of the kidney shaped cam cover on the right side of the bike.
These are rare and very fast bikes - even by today's standards. Reports of over 100 mph right off the showroom floors.
