Default Wiley X Glasses

[sm=groupwave.gif] Had these Wiley X JP2-light adjusting glasses for a few years. The left side rubber nose bridge came off so I sent the glasses back to them, asking them how much it would cost to repair. Recevied a phone call from them today telling me that they are sending me a "new" pair free of charge! Just wanted to share with everyone. Great customer service!!!!!

Wiley X is one happy company, since 9 out of10 soldiers in Iraq and Afgahnistan are wearing their product.

Yep! they sure are! I was issued a pair when i got to kuwait, and have 'aquired' 2 more since being here. They're great for the sand and wind out here....we'll see how they are for riding when i get home.

I have two pair of Wiley-X Romer II with prescription lenses and I love them. I had an issue with the first pair and their customer service was top notch! I have nothing but praise for them.

I purchased a pair of the Wiley X SG-1 V-cut lens goggles. I have to say that after I finally had the right set of lens I am still not that pleased with the product. They have two kinds of lens that you can purchase. The V-cut and the Standard. Do not buy them with the standard if you are going to ride with them. They designed the lens cylinders with a vent in the top and bottom to let air in so they do not fog over. This product change was done for the military. They are not wind proof at all. Buy the V-Cut SG-1 if you are needing riding goggles. They have the solid piece lens cylinder with the cut away eye gasket. So far I have ridden with them twice and they do not keep the wind out. I prefer the foam pad gasket over the molded form gasket that comes on these goggles. So far I have been most pleased with the Harley-Davidson road classic goggles and their fold up goggles, both of which have a foam pad gasket. The two biggest drawbacks with the H-D goggles are that they are expensive, and the padded gasket can not be replaced once it wears out. However, I have to say you get what you pay for with the H-D goggles.

I use Maui Jim's great customer service there as well. Best lenses money can buy IMO. Their polarized lenses are amazing.

I've had two differant pair, the SG-1 and something else. I know that doesn't help[sm=smiley24.gif], but either way they both performed great on the bike. I also had the problem of the foam coming off. I called the company and they sent new ones. No questions asked. Great service, great product!
