Default Big Bear Choppers

bigbearchoppers.com These guys really seem to have their **** together. Much more into detail than Big Dog or Iron Horse (and not the nightmare stories). Priced about the same.Graphics or ghost flames are standard (not $3500 add on). I'm thinking of changing over to the 2008 BBC Venom pro street, 250 Avon tire, 6 speed Baker, right side drive, 100 "Smooth" S&S, softail, with Venom swingarm. Suggestions??? Chromed wheels worth the +$1500, EFI worth the +$2000, and for resale (I realize resale sucks on most customs) solid color, panel, or flames?

Those are some sweet lookin' bikes! I would get whatever options you liked and not worry about resale. Like you said, chances are, you're gonna take a beating at resale anyway unless you are lucky enough to come across a buyer that is looking for exactly whay you have.

I have a friend has an older BB Chopper. I think its about 8 years old. He had a crack in the frame and when he contacted them they said it shouldn't have done that and sent him a new frame free of charge !! They stand behind their goodies. Anyway, get exactly what you want. Then you never seem to want to sell it. RESALE what has a good resale!!I have an '08 HD Softail Custom and couldn't even get a decent offer. Never settle for less then you can get.....you'll never be happy.

For $32,000 you can buy a pretty nice Corvette.

I'd much rather have a Vette myself. Resale on the BBC's are dismal at best if you decide you don't like the bike. Personally if I was buying a Big Bear I'd be looking for a low mileage used one.

Get a used one. I stole this one for 17k delivered!!! There is always someone that needs money and the first things to go are the expensive toys.

107" S&S, Jim's 6spd, Inverted front end, BDL w/ outer bearing support, all the best upgrades. I got very lucky because if I ordered a Venom from BBC it would be this exact one.
