What's the deal??? It's out on the left coast so that it can be moved during the winter months...but it's sitting still!!  Check out the "Gettysburg to the West Coast" thread if you want to see some Mascot humpin'...you Cali riders are soft...us midwest riders get it done.

All I need is somebody to speek up and say they want the mascot and we'll work out a meeting spot. The people up north kept bitching that they wanted the mascot and now nobody has contacted me for it. I started a thread that has now been viewed 162 times but nobody has posted that they want it.

I'm willing to ride to northern California, Arizona, or Nevada and yet nobody has stepped up, what else I can do?

We weren't picking on you.  It's just that we caught so much hell to get it out West.  Somebody speak up and get the Mascot moving or head it back East.  You guys can ride year round there so get a move on.  Hell, the doors were frozen shut on my Caddy this morning.

That sucks bro, it was 70 out here today when I rode to work. I wish somebody would step up so we could get it moving again, I'm always up for a ride.

Hey, you asked for it, you got it. I think it's your job to arrange the next meeting and move of the Mascot.

I didn't ask for it, I took it because nobody had time to ride it anywhere. Since then I have made several post and nobody had replied.

How's 'bout we send it on a mission...?

It would be great to have it make it to the HDF Florida Rally!

Can the Mascot make the trek before the 7th...?...me thinks not~

Maybe a winter plane ride via FedEx Express....

Would somebody please help this guy out?
For pity's sake, you got 15 million or so people in the LA area, surely it's not ready to leave the doggone state.  Check out the "Where's the Mascot" thread,  we in WA agreed back in October that it should stay south for the winter and maybe pick it up at the Baker City Rally next June.  Now that we're getting snow in our passes is no time ship it here, it's just too late.

I was hoping we could get it up into the Pac NW before the weather changed but it didn't happen. Now the passes are getting snowed in and the rain is an everyday thing. It looked like we had shawn e. that could have gotten it to southern OR and I was willing to go down there and get it. Now I don't know what is going on. I see that there are plenty of folks in Ca so why it is just sittin is beyond me. What do ya say gang can we get it moving or what?

Did it go anywhere?  I am trying real hard to get away from work and might MIGHT be able to swing a day trip to socal to get it and bring to the SF bay area.
I can't say for sure, but if it's around and I am around maybe we can arrange a pickup.

Ok here's the deal, the only day I'll be in town is Sunday 12/23. If any of you wants to meet up let me know, we'll split the distance and the mascot is yours to move around.
Thanks,
nastyHD

Nasty,

What city are you in?  I suppose we could get it to someone else locally if IF I can make it there but can't do the 23rd?

I'd love to make it, just not sure yet with the timing and all.

Are you willing to go to Blythe?  (thats half way for me anyway as I'm in Phoenix)  if so I'll hook up with you but understand that I'm heading East, not North.  I'm heading to Texas and plan on being in the Houston area around the 26th.  Let me know how far/where your willing to go and I'll see if I could meet up with you to get this thing moving.  Again just make sure you all know that I'm heading E. not N.

Ok, Good Luck,  Let me know in few days if you cant do it.  I think Nastyhd said he can only do the 23rd.  I'll leave my schedule open for another day or so then I'm going to make my travel plans a little more solid.

I know you guys want it to come to the NW, but unfortunatly I'm not heading up that way otherwise I would have gone all the way to Yorba linda, to pick it up.  Maybe in March, but for now its time for TX.

I'm trying to figure out why with the at least hundereds of active members in CA, nobody wants to take this thing for a ride.  Someone in LA could get it from NastyHD and at least I would have a few more days to choose from if I could make it.

I sure hope it makes it up North.  At least I got to sign it.

You sound frustrated Rhubarb,  don't forget this is christmas time, most people are spending time with family that they haven't seen for sometime etc....

I'm the exception here but YET AGAIN; unfortunatly I'm not heading north otherwise I would have taken it to you.

I'm not asking for someone to bring it to me. I've already even signed it.
I just can't figure out why someone in SoCal doesn't go pick it up before NastyHD is gone, and anyone can inch it up north.  I know the PNW riders would really like to have an opportunity.

Anyhow, not frustrated just baffled.  SoCal Sunday ride should pick it up and bring it 50 miles north.  Inch it up if need be.

yea, you do have a point.  Its not like he's the only guy in the LA area.  I suppose most people just don't have the spirit to carry this thing around.  A shame really  it seems like it would be fun riding somewhere and meeting fellow hogs/forum members and just plain ole MC riders.

Crap...Going to Disneyland on the 23rd (if it's not raining) then Apple Valley the next weekend.

I can try to take the bike to Apple Valley if you want to meet me there then take it back toward Ventura I'll be out of town
