Anyone own one? How do you like it? I have returned 3 jacks so far. My dyna wide glide just doesn't get along with them. The J&S sets low enough and doesn't require any of those flimsy adaptors. Looks like the ticket but looking for some opinions.

2005 Dyna Wide Glide

I bought a Craftsman from Sears for $90 and it works great on my softail custom. I have to stand the bike up a little to get it under the frame, but I do it by myself all the time.

This was the first jack I tried. Had to roll the bike up on wood blocks for the jack to clear. A 2 man job for sure.

I own. use and recommend Dunwell. www.dunwelllifts.com

The make one with Dyna rails on it. Watch the video on their website and see a guy climb up on the bike and sit on the back of it - while it is on the jack. No straps required. All four wheels are casters so you can move your bike anywhere you need tp in your garage.

Expensive, no. You get what you pay for.

Don't know if you got a jack yet, but J&S jacks are great, I'd know, I weld for them, and I have one underneath my train right now, very sturdy. I have alot of confidence in them after removing my rear shocks acouple of nights ago, i was actually kicking the wrench to break the nut loose and the bike didn't move at all, if you need any info on these jacks, I'd be happy to answer. I've used a Dunwell jack for years. It does it's job very well without even thinking about it. It's also handy for other jobs around the garage.

you must be getting a patch of bad jacks. i bought one of those cheap checker ones and havent had any problemsyet, but when Sams Club opened here i found one of thoses Goodyear jacks, much more heavy duty built, but honstley the jack in the goodyear and the cheap checker one look the same. my local, in home, harley mech. uses a cheap checker jack. the goodyear i have to lean the bike a little to get it under, and the jack itself looks the same, and more than likely is, but the unit itself is much more heavy duty, with tie-downs on the runners. i bought the last one they had, the display model, so i got it for $60.00. im happy. good luck with which ever one you choose next, but id go with the goodyear model.
