Does anybody know anything about these spoked rims? Should be able to get a new set of chrome 16"s for my Eglide for about $675, seems pretty darn inexpensive.

i dont know what wheel / hub your looking at but what we ordered was the cats meow the hub is a stepped billet hub the spokes are nice and beefy and they are tubeless no problems with air loss

btw American wire is owned by Dayton wire wheels if you know anything about old school low riders Daytons were the thing so they have a good back round kinda what swayed me to buy them

post some pics after you get your new wheels
btgw if you do get new wheels i may be interested in your old wheels im lookijng for a set for powder coating so im not down too long

Are the wheels you are looking at American Wire or American Wire Wheels. On another forum some one was saying they saw some American Wire on ebay some 60 spoke cross laced when they got them they where really poorly made. Where my neighbor has American Wire Wheels and like 05 FLHTPI said American Wire Wheel is owned by Dayton Wire Wheel, where American Wire is I don't know who. But again my nieghbors look great and once spring get around here I will be looking to get a set i hope.
