Lucky u Karen glad ya had a good time. thats what i need is some luggage, ill be travelin lite. actually im kinda hoping june takes its time my wrist is still thumpin although i did get 3 hour in the saddle on saturday and my ass hurt more than the wrist, and the remedy was a vodka tonic and an asprin. that room offer is still out there if ya know anyone interested. it actually be a help. this single life is way to expensive lol

Hey Chris, I'm still interested if the Hellions don't boot me between now and then for non-attendance.   Is this a whole cabin, just a room, or what? Showers? Restroom? Sorry if it was already mentioned. It's been a while since I read this thread.

Just let me know when & how I need to pay you. I'll take it and appreciate the opportunity. I was planning to sleep on the ground myself, but the more I think about all the riding/drinking I'll be doing, the more I think I'll need all the quality rest I can get.

Dave, Count Donna and I in for the Dragon. We already made reservation for a private room.
We are heading up on Friday and want to know who else is coming up that morning. Donna is caging in the Jeep so if we need to help carry anything let us know.
Are all of the folks that leave on Fri meeting somewhere? I was wanting to leave as early as possible to have lots of time up there on Fri. I think the route is up 575 and I know a lot of places to have everyone meet up. Let me know if I can help put anything together for those going up Friday.

Stan, as far as I know, Dean, Kaye and Chris Wilson are all going up Friday morning, so you should be able to ride with them without problem and I'm sure they'll probably want to stow some gear with Donna and the car.  That's great that you two are going to make it.  It's going to be alot of fun.

Repost #4

It's been a while since we have refreshed this.. just can't be correct. Chime in if you have a correction.

Let's get a head count going.

Post how many you have coming and if you are in a Cabin or camping and if you have made your reservations. Also include if your are riding or caging/riding or caging/towing and what day you are coming up. Maybe this way we can also get groups together for the trip up.

I will keep up with it here by editing this post.

I've got two - Cabin - Caging/Towing - Reserved - Two bikes - Thursday - Reksul - Dave/Carol

20     Cabin   Reserved

0       Cabin   Not reserved yet

4         Will not need a room or Tent (LT753)  (Coolbreeze) (Sportypig) (cHarley)

Poorboy -  Private Cabin Room reserved, arriving Friday, departing Sunday.  I'm riding my Fatboy from Palm Coast Florida, my wife Patti will be following in her SUV.  We have some room for stuff, open seats for more passengers, and hope to have a couple of bikes riding together from the south.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
GaGirl - Possibly John TN and his wife, Terri, on his Road King, so four total.  John hasn't completely comitted to it yet as he said it depends on Terri's work schedule.  But I do have a reservation confirmation on the Lonestar 2 Cabin.  If he/they don't go, Johnny and I may have space in the cabin to offer to one more person or couple in order to share the expense.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
CWilson - 1 person, bringing 1 tent (not confirmed), 1 bike, riding up Friday morning - Chris
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Trip D -2 - Cabin- reserved - Friday - 1 bike
 I am riding up and my wife is driving.  We have a private cabin room reserved for the 13th thru the 15th.
John TN is still coming but unfortunately his wife Terri is having to work.  So he's riding over single from Chattanooga way.  He's still bunking with Todd, Me, Johnny and Mary in the cabin we have reserved.
Ben, you know we ain't going to kick you out for non-attendance.  You can't stay away, and you know it.  Hopefully we'll see you this Sat. at the get together for Michele's birthday.   Good to see that you and Chris (Cmas) on sharing the cabin room.  I'm sure that will be better than tenting it.
What happened to the guy a couple of pages back talking about coming and riding down.  Did y'all ever exchange PMs about it?  Chris that is a long ride by yourself but I do think it will be worth it.  From the sound of it, we should have plenty of liquid refreshment on hand when you get arrive.
Hopefully your wrist will calm down and behave itself over the intervening weeks and that will reassure you.  ::crosses fingers::
Looks like I picked the wrong week to go to Western NC.  Riding up Sat. morning 5/3 and heading back on Friday.  Would have been nice to have met some of the fellow forum riders.  Planning on riding the Dragon one day that week.  Traffic should be light so this geezer won't get run over.
Will probably head back to Florida on 441, picking it up at Dillard.  If you see a blue/silver loaded down Ultra Classic heading south friday AM, that will  be me.
Ride Safe
Good one....  I will start another thread to attempt to collect northbound riders and to repeat an offer for spare seating inside the beer bus in case there is a wife or gf that would like a break from backseat cruising.  (I guess this would apply also to any guy riding bitch, hee heeeee hee hee).
I am extending my days off so that I can begin heading up there on Wednesday, expecting now to arrive at the Ironhorse on Thursday afternoon instead of Friday.
I'm not sure how my change in plans will affect getting a rally-point established.  The opprotunity to get another day-off came along so I jumped on it.  I still have to call the Ironhorse to beg for Thursday accomodations.  We'll see.
Of course I will stay in constant contact with my new HH friends.
I guess I will be the only loser tenting it .  I am a rebel without a clue!  I will probably need some help that weekend from the group.  I just quit dipping (and smoking), so no one can let me have a smoke or a dip.  As a matter of fact, I want JohnnyX to stomp me if he sees me with either a dip or a smoke.
