My theory has always been, if you can list everything you have without looking and don't forget at least one, you don't have enough.  Every time I look in the vault I find something I forgot I had (guess I don't look often enough!)
I like to collect old military firearms as they tend to be rather inexpensive and a blast to shoot. (no pun intended)

I'm a sharing type guy and would love to throw a list up, but I just have an issue with providing an inventory on-line.  You guys have some nice stuff, though!

I would have to agree with jezcruzen, I don't want an inventory online, but here's a small taste
19 shotguns from 1873 to a SKB 585 sporting clays w/ Briley chokes

I'll get this started.

I'm a retired LEO and my duty gun (which I own) was a Glock 21 (45 cal) with 13 round mag.  My wife is still LEO and carries her own Model 21.  I have a Glock 27 for concealed carry.  I've got a nice little magnetic tank bag with a built in holster that's great for road trips.  Lisa carries an AMT 380 in her purse.

Let's see:

Ruger Superblackhawk .44 mag
Kimber Ultra II CDP .45 ACP (Carry gun)
Colt Delta Gold Cup  10mm
Ruger Auto  .22
Ruger O/U 12 ga (Orvis Edition)
LC Smith 12 ga S/S  Field model
Some youth model 20 ga single shot
SKB 280, 20 ga, S/S
Rem 870, 12 ga
Ruger 77, .243
Marlin Golden 39, .22
Rem 541-S, .22

Seems like I'm missing something.

Lots of long guns.  A few shotguns and a couple of pistols.  My favorites:

A Remington 870 Wingmaster in 16 ga. that I learned to shoot with as a kid.

A Bushmaster M-4 clone that I have tricked out and is a  blast to shoot, whether at 30 feet or 300 yds.

My duty gun from my short sting as a police officer.  It is a S&W Model 19 in .357.  It is the only gun that I own that worked when I really needed it to, so I will keep it next to the bed until I die.

Maybe this would be a great place to get advice.  I grew up hunting, and I'm very familiar with rifles and shotguns.  I'm considering getting my concealed carry license, but I'm torn on what weapon to carry.  I really like the Glock 23, but I recently saw a very similare model made by S&W.  Same polymer handle, metal slide, etc.  Does anyone have any information/opinions/experience with this S&W?  I'm not sure of the model number.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Don't bother with the sigma. I think you may be talking about the S&W M&P. The M&P is a very nice pistol.

IMO, the G23 is nice, so is the S&W M&P. Suggest you also check out the SIG-Pro - polymer frame, DA/SA trigger (allowing a re-tap of a chambered cartridge if the first tap does not result in ignition). For a bit more $, also look at the H&K P2000 & the USP (compact or fullsize). The P2000 comes w/ several different trigger modes/options (DA only, DA/SA, LEM, etc.).
Some say H&K stands for "High Kuality & High Kost".
