Default Kel Tec .380 ammunition

I just recently picked up a Kel-Tec P3AT .380 and wondered what those of you with this pistol are using for ammo. I read a couple reviews that were favorable with speer gold dot 90JHP.
I usually shoot federal hydra shok with my 1911. Any info appreciated.

I practice with Winchester "white box" FMJ ammo because its realitively cheap, but carry Gold Dot. I prefer Silver Tips, not for any particular reason other than habit, but the dealer only had Gold Dot at the time. I also practice with my carry ammo.

Think i will get some CorBon, and always get a extra pack to test/practice.

Love mine, fits in back pocket like a wallet, i just use the little zip case it came with and leave the zipper back enough to be able to get my fingers on the gun

I have found the Fiocchi HP to be both accurate and completely reliable.
Mine does not like Nickel plated cases.

G26, both are great and ultra reliable, though I really like my KT,
I can't say the same for it.

I would gladly pay a bit more, for a little better factory QC.

I use silver tips in mine. If you go to the Kel Tec Owners group they have more info than you can shake a stick at...

.380 is a terrible little under power round, you are better off with a Glock 26, or Karr makes a really nice 40 that is easy to conceal. There are numerous cases of guys having heavy coats on and the .380 not being able to put them down, if you have to use it remember two to the chest and one to the head.
