I'm thinking of buying a set of SE takeoff mufflers,my question is are these mufflers the same inside except leftor right mount or are they like the mufflers on a regular UC or touring model where the left muffler is almost closed off and the right muffler handles most of the exhaust flow?
how much loader are they when you core drill them out?
what about them use on a 2007 ultra with a 96c.i. engine?

I'm not sure but I think these are the same as the 4" SE mufflers which I had before the SPO mufflers,if your not looking for loud but a better sound I think you would like the CVO mufflers with the cats removed.
Have you put these on your bike? If so with or without the cat's removed.
I'm getting these pretty soon, I don't want the sound much if any loader than my stock. I just like the look of the CVO mufflers.

I tried them first with the cats and they sounded
pretty good and if I had a stock motor I might of left
the cats in but since I went to the bigger motor and
with my previous experience with these muffs I knew
they be okay with the cats removed. I would try them
first with the cats it might be what your looking
for,I really don't think they would affect your
performance or MPG. Are you running duals or stock
headers?
