Default Shoei Multitec or RF1000

I really like the idea of a modular helmet, but I don't know if I will actually like the helmet. I have tried on a log of helmets lately, and the best fit by far is the Shoei RF1000 full face. I hear the fit on the Multitec modular is very similar. Any thoughts pro or con?

All I can say is that I love my RF-1000. Sometimes I'd like a modular but I want to be sure the chin bar actually holds up.
I'll wait for more testing and revisions.

I've got 2 of the multitec modulars and like the convenience and comfort. The wife doesn't like the confined feeling so most of the time she wears her half helmet. The quality of the Shoei line is fantastic IMHO.

I am very pleased with my Shoei Multitec. If you want a lot of thoughts and opinions on the Multitec please visit www.bmwlt.com once there perform a search function and you'll spend an hour or more reading about the Shoei Multitec
