Interesting gun, the video shows potential.
I'm not sure how it would carry concealed. The guy in the video says it's great for protection in your car.
I'll take a look when mygun dealer gets one in.

I've seen them in our local gun store but never had one in my hand. Maybe tomorrow, I will have to look at one. I would be interested in shooting one just to see how it felt. I might tell you though, last time I looked, I think that 410 shotshells are expensive. Oh well, what isn't?
I can't think of anything "The Judge" can do that a dozen other firearms couldn't do as well or better and still be applicable for more uses, such as CC.
Some manufacturers taut the .410 shot shell and I have to wonder why. Its expensive, its limited in application and range, and there's nothing a .410 slug can do that any .40 or larger pistol bullet can't do better.

I don't know where you guys that say .410 shells are expensive are buying them. Most places around here, a box of buckshot shells is some where between 3 and 4 bucks. Sure, you can break it down per bullet and prove that they do cost more than handgun shells per one, but I don't see that it really matters. A gun like this isn't gonna be something you are gonna be target shooting with once the novelty wears off.
However, if you want to shoot it more, there are shells available that cost about the same as big bore centerfire stuff.
Neighbor across the street from my house is a gun nut and just bought the Judge in the Titanium version 4" barrel. Well made but butt ugly. 45 Long Colt ammo is not cheap nor is 410 if you can find it.Definitely not a carry gun, more like a house, glove box or tractor gun.The only cheap ammo that is left is .22 caliber. I have 4 six guns all 45 Long Colt and I reload for that round. It is the only way I can keep the cost down.A short barrel shotgun in 12ga. with"00" buckshot and a good easy to handlerevolver or semi-automatic wouldin my opinion be the ideal house defense weapons. Also a nice Surefire light, either on the gun or in your hand for nighttime intruders.IMHO.
I like the review where the guy mentioned the "judge" loaded with
a BUCK SHOT round and four .45 longs after.
He said if someone tried to car jack him, he would fire a load of
buck shot into the perps face. Then four rounds of cowboy .45.
The .410 buckshot is supposed to be REAL close range ammo...
like, you wake up in the middle of the night with a scumbag in your bedroom
with you.
I can see where the Taurus Judge may have a spot in someones camp gear
also. I like that it gives you more of a choice......plus there are different barrel
lengths for the Judge. I see that some don't like it's looks....but that is furthest
from my mind when it comes to defence.
