Default American Revolution- Help!

You may have heard of USA Chrome operating through ebay (AKA American Revolutions based in California), selling custom made motorbike wheels, steer well clear!

I didn't, after a hard year caring for my mum who had cancer we felt my dad deserved a great present, we were going to get him the wheels he had been eyeing up. I didn't buy through ebay as he didn't have any for a Kawasaki Ninja, but he said he could custom make them, and all the original tyres and barkes pads and everything will fit.

So I pay ($1840- over £1000), he says 3 weeks to make 1-2 weeks to send. 8 weeks later he finished making them, hurrah! He sends them and suddenly says they are 16inches not 17inches. Well, how do original tyres and everything fit?!! I had a look around and there are no tyres to fit these wheels he's made with the right rating. I tell him I don't want them anymore.

He ignores me for weeks. Then after the threat of legal action he says to send them back and he will refund me. They would cost about £400 to send back, but he refuses to pay it. So I left the wheels with the courier company and after 20days they automatically went back. He has now had one wheel for 3 and a half weeks and the other for 10days, yet do I have a refund?..Do I hell!

There were constant excuses, generally being very rude, and now he's ignoring me. I'm going to have to go through the courts for my money, which is fun considering I live in the UK and he lives in California. I am also going to be bombarding him with emails everyday until he acknowledges me.

Don't buy from him, save yourself the hassle me and my family have had and buy from a decent and honest seller.

this guy got me too... there are horror storys all over the place from this guy... go to ripoffreport.com and see all the complaints and damges he has caused people... most people just chaulk it up to a lesson learned but there are guys out there that are in the hole for over 2000 dollars and they are writing it off because it is far less expensive to do that than hire an attorney.. I have list below some options you can do that will not cost you money and will help out to try and get your money back... this company has many names and has been black balled from ebay from what i can see... usachrome, kentori co, american revolutions and god knows what else.. We are a big community of bikers and need to look out for one another.... I did not loose much money but I took the loss because I gave up its been going on since last year.... I learned my lesson.. so buyer beware... if you want to give money away and get nothing in return do business with them... youd be better off giving money to a charity at least youll get a good feeling by helping out someone in need.. try these options:
