My recently "installed" plate seems to be loose. I am going to the Dr. tomorrow to see if, in fact, it is loose. If so, riding plans change substantially for Kaye and I. If all is good, count Kaye and I in for Saturday.

Wish we could as it is going to be WARM but, we will only have limited time to do that and those contraints won't allow sufficient time to get up that way and back.  Y'all have fun.

Right now I have a total of three people going. There's me and myself and of course, I.
Going to wait til it warms a bit, maybe around 11 or noon. Going to take what I call the "loop". It takes about 2 hours. The run is from my place over to HWY 5 to 53 at Tate then over to Dawsonville and come back via 9 and 369 or other back roads. Sometimes I keep going through Dawsonville and stay on 53 to Dahlonega for a samich then back. Neat ride with cool twisties and nice scenery.
Let me know if anyone wants to join up. I'm at E Cherokee and 140
Dino.. how that Doc's meeting go??

Dino... there are things you got to do and others you must do. This is a must. You take it easy on that arm my friend.
When we were riding the other day I was wondering if it was a good idea for you to be out. Like you said, no issues while your speed is up but when you were crab walking in that parking lot is when it occurred to me that you were putting too much stress on your arm. I don't mind saying I was a bit nervous about it.
C and I have about one more pack of smokes over here each... we chatted about it last night and we hope to join the smokeless effort. T'aint going to be easy for any of us but we will gain strength from friendships and lots of chewing gum. Stopping will be the easy part, quiting will be a life long battle.
Gallagher's famous seven will be spewing for about a week or two around here so I, in advance, will apologize for my future actions.

That's the spirit. I'll do the same. You folks missed out on a mighty good ride today with Dave & Carol. Yes, she actually does exist and looks much prettier than Dave. At first I figured she was his blow up doll, but definitely not. I have seen her in person. Sucks about the rain tomorrow, but I need an excuse to go watch the Daytona 500 anyway.

Hey... we went all the way up to Dahlonega and he didn't loose any beer cans.. absolutely remarkable! !
It was a joy spending the afternoon with you Ben. C and I enjoyed your company very much. Wish you could have hung around a bit but the table will still be downstairs and the beer in the frig.
Hopefully the weather will kick loose for next Sunday. As of right now, doesn't look so good.

Well, I was heading home to get ready for a date, but I've canceled for now, and am heading to bed. Maybe a couple hours rest will help. You cursed me this morning on the phone. :P I feel like total sh!t. Hope I'm not coming down with what's been going around. I'm always the last one to pick it up somehow, but it usually only lasts 3-4 days max for me. Knocking on wood.
And I enjoyed the ride and the company as well. Enjoyed meeting Carol. Sweet lady. How's she put up with you? J/K Great job on the route, Dave! We'll definitely have to do it again sometime soon.

FYI
If anyone would rather do the Hellions get together on saturday the 8th instead of the 7th at the alley Walkin'Sidewayz will be playin the dixie tavern if it will help since Most everyone is a working stiff and fridays can get hectic for some and that would help for the ones living further away just let me know or let dino know so we can change the calender

Hey Dino lets see i am working this friday so i am off Saturday and Sunday. then i am at work monday and of tuesday and wensday. take it from there i am on 24 off 48 all the way till next year. This way everyone knows my working and off days. Thanks i hope this helps.
