Are you talking about a Voyager kit?

I'm not sure I understand what you're talking about. Tell us more.

This is what he is asking about. I've tlked to several people that have delt with Tow-pac and Voyager and they all said Tow-pac has a more stable feel. Not that the Voyager isn't a good kit. It just seems to allow a little lean back and forth. Just ordered one for my mothers Virago 1100. So I guess I'll be getting first hand experience before long.

sorry about the delay to answer just found this new forum. What i am looking for is the Instra trike tow -pac kit. same as Voyager but has independent supension so that what ever the grade of the road you will always have the bike's rear wheel in contact of the pavement, makes for a more stable ride. location northeast Pa.

Our Tow-pac Insta Trike came in yesterday and I put it on this morning. Took about 2 1/2 hrs. Pretty easy. The ride is pretty good and seems very stable. I think you would really have to try hard to turn it over. It started raining during my test ride, so I have not spent much time on it. I would recommend this (so far) to anyone not comfortable on 2 wheels but still likes to ride.

Nice looking setup. How is the insta kit bolted to the bike? Can't tell from the photos. Price is about the same as for a Voyager kit?

One bracket at each passenger peg and one on each side of the sissy bar. Once all the bolts are tight, its pretty rigid and the half with the wheels slides into the receiver and a bolt on each side. I'll try to get some pics tomorrow. Supposed to be 74 and the rain stops tonite. Mama is itching to ride.

Here are some more photos of the Towpac. First 2 attachment points are at the passenger pegs. Then it attaches at the bottom of the sissiy bar. The trailer hitch attaches to these brackets and is a permanent part of the bike. This would be the inner frame in the pics.
