I am not over the Patriot loss, and it will be a long time before I do get over it. We both got beat by a very average team. I still did not get over the loss to Indy last year in the AFC Champianship.

Put yourself in Bretts cleats.

Look at the lanes you had.

Things happen so quick in pro ball...

An arm swing by the D player right in front of Brett would have caused an IP.

Take a look at what Brett see's, not what a camera see's.

All depends on the position between Brett and Osi at the time of the throw to

Let's not forget about the 2004 AFC Championship where the refs handed the Patriots the win over the Colts....

Just watch the last 5 minutes of the game.....and pay attention to the Colts WR's and Tight Ends....they're being held or pass interfered on literally every other play....its so blatant you can see it on replays...

Yet a total of 7 fouls were called for the game....mostly holding on linemen...

Artur,

I went to that game (south end zone section 134).......While the loss stung for a few days.......Brett wasn't dialed in & generally played below average, no decent pass rush on Manning etc......my guess it was the extreme cold.

We can't make excuses for the loss........Giants were better on that day.......just like all these Pats fans still saying the Pats are best..........When we all know reality.......You are only the BEST when you WIN THE GAME .
