Has anyone out there been told their Thunder Mountain Custom would be titled as a Harley?

How are TMC Cycles titled?

Each TMC Cycle has a federally conforming vehicle identification number and is titled as a Thunder Mountain Custom Cycle.

Wouldnt it Be titled as special construction ??

no because they are a liscensed manufacter, just like HD or Honda or Victory, or etc etc.

My understanding is that the bikes are titled as Thunder Mountain. They use Harley parts for the assembly though.

The ONLY way it can be legally titled as a harley is if it started life as a harley. Think about it! It doesn't matter how many harley parts are used. If it were any other way every little after market shop in the world would be building harley's.............
