I am tentatively going to be in Las Vegas May 16 and 17 for HOG Primary Officer Training.  If I end up with the mascot, is there anyone riding to Vegas that could pick it up and carry it northward?  I am not registered for P.O.T. (I'm a past officer), but will be there supporting our current officers, and could meet when/where necessary to make the pass.

I'm glad to see that the mascot is going to get moving again. I have been thinking about making a run to Redding to visit my Aunt. I will have to make it a fast run leaving from up here on a Friday after work and getting as far as I can and then get to Redding on Saturday then turn around and run back home on Sunday. So the question is when can the mascot get to Redding?

So where are you with the Mascot?  Long before you move it to Vegas, it needs to keep moving North.

I have it in Paso Robles.  We have a possible lead on getting it to the Central Valley, and possibly north from there.  If we're not able to move it before, I was exploring the Vegas trip as a way to move it almost anywhere, especially locations west of the Rockies, quite easily.  Several hundred HOG officers from all over the country converge on Vegas for our training, and many in the western states ride there, which would help us move it according to the rules.

It facinates me that with as many HDF members as there are in CA that we can't get it moving. Now that the weather is starting to improve I am hoping to see some folks be able to help with moving the mascot north and not have to wait until May to do so. Come on California lets get it moving please. There are a bunch of us up here in the PacNW that would like to get to sign the mascot.

I've been amazed at the lack of Mascot support in Cal, also.  I'm thinking that maybe despite the fact there are a lot of HD riders in the state, the number of Forum members may not be that large.  I have the same concern for Oregon and Washington.  We do have a lot,( is 6 or so a lot?), of people reading the Forum in the Bellingham area, but as to Mascot interest, except for a few, I'm clueless about the Mascot interest.

Perhaps we can put a reminder thread in some of the other forum rooms and see if we can get some people to come in here and let us know if they are interested.

Please see my post in the "Mascot Rules Modifcation" thread.  Sorry about the incommunicado status.  I am ready, willing, and able to get it moving from Paso Robles.  I should be able to keep tabs on the forum daily now, so let's get this baby moving.

This is a dead thread.  The Mascot is in Washington.

That's what I kind of thought after I posted it, and read down the page.
That's Cool you'll be able to bring the Mascot up this way Wld bill, I hope I'm around to see it and meet some of the other members.
