I have just installed the Screaming Eagle race tuner kit and Bub's Rinehart True Dual exhaust! I love this combo! I only have a Stage I filter kit, but after the dyno tune, this bike screams!

Here are some new pictures of my Roadglide. This winter I installed the Skull Collection Primary Cover, Timing Cover, Front and Rear Floorboard Inserts, Shifter Pegs and Brake Pedal and Dash Insert. I also installed HogTune Speakers and a Tune Trapper Hidden Antenna. I have Kuryakyn Panacea Deluxe LED's all the way around, a fat boy front fender, black windscreen and Rinehart True Duals. The bike is lowered 1 1/4" in the front using Progressive Springs and 1 1/4" in the back using a Solow Lowering Kit.

Brand new in this photo. I had the HD shop put Screaming Eagle II slip-ons on it and a stage 1 breather/EFI kit. Since then I've added a new Air Wing horn cover. I'm planning on swaping out the stock seat for a Mustang as I have with all my previous Harleys. Any comments on the stock seat for long distances or suggestions for other modifications? It's a great bike -- it rides beautifully and handles better than any bagger I've ever ridden. Now if the weather would just cooperate...

All pros, no cons. I love them and never take them off. I took them off about a year ago for a couple weeks and couldn't wait to get them back on.

Do you belong to the Zion Hog chapter of the Driffters ?

I used to winter out in St.George / Ivins area. I have several riding buddies

Thanks Red Neck for the reply. I borrowed a friends 2005 last summer and put 300 miles on it. Rode up to the Grand Canyon and took the scenic route back home. Loved the Road Glide.

I ordered mine this past weekend. Going with the big bore kit, Bassani's Power Curve pipes and about $4000 in extra goodies. May have to quit working so I'll have more time to ride !!!!

We're new to the forum and I'm the wife lol! Learning all I can about our latest toy! We've owned an 87 FXST years ago and have waited 16 yrs for this newest addition :) Just picked up our new 05 Glide off the showroom floor. It's been raining almost non stop here in Utah since we got it, but we've managed to rack up 600 miles in about 5 days. We're in the process of getting the SE II slips ons and adding chrome. I've got the theme for the chrome all picked out, hubby is just shaking his head at the dollar signs lol!! Good thing he's cooperating So hello from Northern Utah!

Congrats on the new ride! I sure like the look of that one!

Several of us will be rolling through ya'lls neck of the woods on our way to Billings in late June. I am jealous of your riding country up there!

Welcome to the forum & enjoy the RG!

Can you Road Gliders give me some feedback on the stock seat (05' or 06')? Is it a comfortable seat to ride on for any extended time or do most swap out the stock seat for aftermarket ones? I'm thinking of putting one on my Street glide. It fits and I like the look but don't want another uncomfortable H-D stock seat. Thanks......

I like my stock seat buy my wife doesn't. I bought an Ultra seat off Ebay for when we ride long distance. I hate it. I also have a Badlander seat that looks cool but is hard as a rock.
