Congrats! Just like mine sept mines an '07 with the gray powter coat motor & wheels. That color is getting more & more popular.

Nice color......

Now its time for chrome, seats, handlebars,..........you know the drill.

Here's mine....08 Crimson Red RG. Changes to be made, or have been made... chrome forks, handlebars (more pullback), seat ( closer to bars). Soft lowers. Windshield, maybe.

I'm a short guy on a big man's bike. 5'8".

RD GLD, how do you like the Rush mufflers? I am thinking about going with them myself. But not sure what size to go with though. How does yours sound being the 1.75's? I was thinking of going with the 2.25 or so and going with the power commander also. Let me know what you think of them if you would.

Here are a few photos of my Road Glide. Aside from the custom paint, I modified the faring. I got rid of the dual headlight and made it a single. I wanted the look of a Street Glide bat wing faring while keeping the inner faring of my Road Glide.

BTW, I haven't posted photos so I hope they work.

Wow MontanaJ!

If Harley sold Roadies with that light from the factory, I'd probably have one instead of my Street Glide. Awesome work. I sense a new custom kit that should be released in the upcoming months.

Guys,
Here's a pic of my '07 Road Glide. I purchased this on August 15th, 2007 and while driving home from the dealership a few hours later, I was hit head-on at 50 mph by a cager who wasn't paying attention. Needless to say the bike was totaled and I had to rebuild her up from scratch. Here's a pic of before and one after...

Yes, It's a solid chrome 18" rear wheel with a 200 tire. The front is a stock 9 spoke in chrome..

Hi. Well, I'm new to this forum. I just traded in my 2004 1200 Sporty custom for a 08 Road Glide with all factory options in vivid black

. I was supposed to get it delivered yesterday but the dealer cancelled for miserable weater here in beautiful Ohio. I want to ride it so BAD!

I'll try to figure out how to post pics. of my new scoot when it arrives (it's just stock right now).

- Detachable mounts (for two-up luggage rack and passenger backrest)

Very nice ride you have there ! just like mine.i just added the low profile flamed windshied from drag specialties but havent had the weather to try her out much. Did get the essentials kit backrest and rack for her. I got her on Dec. 19 and gotten to put 420 miles on her.What a change from my 883R.
You will love it.
