I sure agree with the updated rules. The handoff MUST have photos taken and published.

Sorry about he Missing in Action status. I have the mascot, with no intention of stalling its movement. I've been extremely busy and away from the forum since shortly after the handoff. I have it in Paso Robles, and am open to any ideas re; how to move it northward as seems to be its next logical direction. Sorry about the delay, though as long as it was stalled prior to my receiving it I wasn't hugely worried... my mistake. I am open to all suggestions. Also, I have pics of the handoff, but thought it was up to the previous carrier to post, and then as said before, was away from the forum a while. I'll throw together a brief description of the handoff, and post pics, within the next couple of days. Again, my apologies for any misunderstanding. Tim
