Dude has some skills, but I'll become a fan when he stops bringing people out of retirement for fights.

Go ahead and put him up against Gonzaga.  That would end the fastest I think.  Kimbo could go back to his old job in IT.  I think he could take Shamrock at this point depending on where Ken's head is at.  Either way he's bad for the sport and will be dealt with in short order.  After that we can bring in Roy Jones to fight someone NOT picked by Roy and he'll be done.  I'll hold down on the big talk but I don't see a guy like Kimbo as having any skill.  Tank Abbott was old years ago and Budweiser ain't helpin.  There's been a number of big dudes that look tough to come fight in Pride and the UFC and many of them suck.  Look at Bob Sapp, no skills, just HUGE!  James Thompson from the UK is another one.  There's a video on youtube of Aleksander Emelianenko fighting a big mean looking guy and Aleksander picks him apart with skill and training.

This one is even better to me.  I see Kimbo going out like Thompson in this one.  I guess I should mention that it is possible for a guy like Kimbo to get better and smarter, that could be dangerous.  But for now........

I love how Thompson is all serious and about to bust a blood vessel at the start of this fight and Aleksander is just standing there like he's in a russian chow line waiting on his toilet paper and potatoes.

QFT

Tank is a can anymore. After watching Ken Shamrock all but quit a couple weeks ago, I would have said that would be a decent test.

Paul Buentello or Brad Imes would be nice. But I have a feeling they will continue to throw him works/cans and keep the cash cow mooing.

Yep ya got some points you do. Someone who will stand toe to toe and not lay down in a fight would be nice.

Paul Buentello would KTFO him.

I'd like to see Kimbo dismantle Ken"The Living Death"Shamrock once and for all.......what a tool Ken is.

In other news,Frank Shamrock will kill Cung Le this friday.

It is finally official. "Kimbo" will fight James Thompson on the main event of the first EliteXC show on CBS on May 31st.

CBS and EliteXC just want to use Kimbo's name recognition by putting him in the main event.

However, Kimbo does have the name recognition and EliteXC always puts on good entertaining shows. The Robbie Lawler vs. Scott Smith and Baroni vs. Ninja fights should be really good.

Thompson is being put in there to get KTFO just like Cantrell and Tank, except this time in front of a much larger TV audience.
