I have two problems:
On my 39UL the ground wire is grounded to a bolt for the buddyseat helper spring, this does not seem right to me, where should it go? Still the six volt.
The second is how can I keep the positive terminal from getting all built up with corrosion and having it fall onto the oil tank? I have tried grease, vaseline and regular battery terminal grease with no luck.
Other than disconnecting the batt every time and then having to flash the regulator what can be done?
