My Harley dealer says when I buy a new rear tire for my

'07 Sotftail Custom the 200 is still the biggest I can go without

doin' some Mods. Is this true ?? thanks......

Metzler 210ZR50/17 is the biggest I know that will fit your stock rim and still clear everything.

True that...I have the 210 Metz on my '06 and it BARELY clears the drive belt

too bad the tread does not last long. I will get about 5500 miles on it before it wears smooth. I will try the new Michelin next time.

Here are a couple. Looks like about 1/8" clearance between the tire and belt.
