Default Baggers without windshields or fairings (Let's see em!)

How many of you guys and gals are like me?
I just don't like fairings and windshields.
I know:
They keep the wind off of you.
You can have a stereo (not that I'd want one)
You get extra storage.
etc.

I know the SG is the "bike du jour", and many people just love its new take on Harley touring rigs, but it just doesn't do it for me.Nice bike, but just not my style.

It is just my opinion that bikes feel nimbler, sportier, and overall more fun when they're naked.

Am I alone? Harley only made my model for three years, so we must be a small demographic!!

You can see mine in my sig.

I do have a light-smoked wind screen that I pop-on for everyday riding... but I like the look of teh bike better without it.

BTW
I like the way your bar-end mirrors keep the top of the bars from looking cluttered. How are the as far as visibility?

The bar end mirrors are great. I can actually see better because they are placed wider than the stock mirrors. I see nothing but road, rather than part of my arm.

I've also recently moved the turn signals down to the fork, so now the only things on my bars are the grips and controls. It really does give it a very clean look on top for very little $$.

I too have the short windshield for looong rides. Most of my riding is without.

I think kings are nice bikes but after riding with a stereo holy crap I'd never buy a bike without.

ZPA speaking if sporty I have been told that the leather or "soft bags" like on your bike make it unstable at high speeds. A guy I ride with has them. Couldn't figure out why his bike was so unstable going 80 90 and plus. he heard about the bags. borrowed a set of hard bags from work. his bike was fine with the hard bags at speed. Have you noticed this?

Dang... At 6'6" and 265lbs, I feel like I blow up like a sail for any speed over 45-50mph. So I only take it off for cruising on weekend nights.
