OK so im a Met fan and some of the strangest stuff happens when NY teams travel to Fla, Pedro gets a rousing applause for fouling off 5/6 pitches then strikes out the the Met fans roar for the at-bat, last night again on the road in Fla D.Wright gets the MVP chants, its just always funny to see this in an opposing teams stad.

also 4 web gems by the Mets last night 2 by Wright, one by Church for gunning down Hanley trying to stretch a single and Castillo turning a beauty at second on a horrible throw from Perez.

+1 on the redbirds. Just went to the Friday night game against the brewers, although they lost, they are RED HOT this year. I see a world series in their future for 2008
