If booking a room with Expdedia, better hope you will not need to contact them. All Expedias customer service is in the Philippines. The communication problems I had with them was pure hell. I had two phone calls with them that took an 1 1/2 or more, of my time, and everything was screwed up over of booking a couple rooms. I'll never deal with them again. It was so badI demanded to talk to an American, theydidn't have one there or any contact in the States I could talk to.
I hate this over seas customer service BS! [:@]

Sorry friend. The cheapest price usually is for a good reason. I book thru AAA. I may pay extra, but, rarely have problems as you describe.

Well that was rare for me too, first time in several years. You shouldn't have to expect even rare problems like that and if I was paying a membership fee, they would be dropped for sure. Iwould think AAA would be much morecustomer oriented.
I don't thinkExpedia isthe cheapest. Companies likeExpedia are used for convenience for online bookings, because ofall their resources, ratesare fair,of course there is no membership costs.

I love how all of the foreign customer service workers have to use american names. Funny.
