Worth every penny IMHO but watching is only step 1.  You'll need to go out an practice to get the real benefit.  I'm still working on my skill level but I felt much more in control after just 1 practice session.

i like mine, haven't practiced too many maneuvers yet, but learned more about control in turns with rear brake only, and feathering the clutch. don't remember the msf teaching that. good stuff

took the course in person.
learned how to control road king much better.
bought the DVD #4.
practiced with the tennis balls...
*got stuck yesterday  on two lane road(one lane up one lane down), stop and go traffic..did  the clutch friction zone thing with the use of  back brake and completed U-turn with confidence..no dragging of feet.
buying the DVD alone will not help by itself..need about 4 hours to really learn..you will get to the point that you want to do figure eights and a final U-turn before putting bike away...
NOTE: when you practice cover the crash bars with clear tubing and zip ties or water heater insulation and zip ties, chances are YOU will tip the bike one time..

+1 to all above. One of the better investments you will ever make in a motorcycle.
