Sup my fellow friends!!
I picked up a a.i.h outlaw over this past weekend for a friend of mine.
she is a pretty bike,he hears good and bad about the bike.
it's his first bike and i wanted to see what people got to say to him,
about his outlaw.
also f.c join the forum!!!
(thats my harley in the sig :) )

Great bikes....some people had certain issues, many were worked out....

The company is on life support though, and the future is bleak...Any indy shop can work on it though.

Have a blast on it...

Just don't get the garden hose within 20 feet of the speedo and he should be OK. By the way, when he pulls up to a stop light and it still reads 80 MPH, it is OK to put your feet down.

I am looking to buy a suicide shifter for my 2002 ironhorse texas chopper.  Does anyone know where I can find this item or will i have to have it fabricatred?  Thanks, Rowdy.

Got an aftermarket spedo on my ride, and the damn thing doesnt work either. Tach works fine, but no spedo.  Took it locally for service and we could not find a wiring diagram for an 02 model, and were told when we called the factory that they were in bankrupcy proceedings, so no luck there either. I emailed 3 ironhorse dealers on the web, but no response. Might get it checked out in myrtle beach in a couple of weeks, or better yet, my take it off completely and mount me a small GPS in that area.  I still have the factory spedo, but probably won't put it back on.  Cheers.
