Default Screaming Eagle Vrod

what years havwe the made the screaming eagle vrod? From a little research I have found they did in 2005 and 2006. Here is a second question, are they worth the additional cost?? I am currently on a 1200 sporty and I am looking towards the future.

I think you're right on the years of production. If they're worth the money? You have 2 options. You can either go with the screaming eagle and pay the price for the colour scheme and some other limited edition tidbits or for a little cheaper, you can get a brand newnight rod special with much of the same characteristics with 3 colour choices but 240 tire like the screamin eagle. It's a matter of preference since i have a new night rodbut a screamer version was on my list also. Hope this helps you make a decision.

I've got some time, so no quick decisions, but I am leaning towards the screamer, even though I like the full disc wheels of lets say the anniversary model 2003

Mod the D or DX, with SE pipes, increased air and you'll have close to the equivalent.

Got my answer when I looked it up. Sent a link to my wife for her to look at it. That Night Rod Special is pretty wicked! She has loved the vrod from the start because it's different and aggressive. In her words when I asked her how she felt about us getting a vrod in the future her response what "If I had to make the choice on what bike to get a vrod would be it." So I guess I have the approval. Now I just have to be patient, finish my house and save up a bit..................... the nice thing is I got a bike right now that rips plenty and is a blast to ride!! I could trade and maybe work a deal, but then I wouldn't be able to give my dad my bike. Just to be able to give him something like that is worth the wait for me
