Thanks for the video. I'm glad I'm not the only one trying to find the right mix of cleaners to remove those annoying blemishes.

just wondering what it was that you used before you started with the Mequires polish? Thanks for the video.

ORIGINAL: hotshot just wondering what it was that you used before you started with the Mequires polish? Thanks for the video. Hey hotshot, I hadn't been using anything since the bike was new. I did learn that the marks weren't boot scuffs but rather from my bike cover. I was covering the bike while the pipes were still hot melting. The cover was designed for a BMW and not a HD.

I didn't make my question too clear, sorry. In the video, you rubbed the pipe down with something at the beginning of the video, before you started using the Meguires (sp) polish. Just wondering what it was. It looked like alcohol or something like that. Thanks for the info and I appreciate it very much.

I used Never Dull in the video and I use it primarily to give the chrome and brushed aluminum a general cleaning. I don't use the it everytime I clean the bike - just if if needs it. I'll use Mequire's to remove blemishes if they're any.
