Thank you everyone for your overwhelming response to this group buy. Looks like we actually bought Tracy out and forced him to work some overtime to meet the demand.

I've had a blast do this. I also enjoyed dealing with all the forum members in this thread. You all ROCK!

I especially enjoyed getting to know Tracy. Our Harley world is full of so many wonderful people. He is definitely one of them. Hope to meet him face to face one day.

I think it's time to put this thread to bed until we get some units installed and can post some reviews. I'll try to have mine done by Sunday. That all depends on when the brown truck arrives. LOL

Tracy,

I noticed that you listed that you have five more TWR units available on the HD Forums web site under the $330.00 group buy.  I would like to purchase one of these remaining units (powder coated black model) from you for my 2005 Road King Custom.  Please send me a PM with instructions on how to send you payment.  I will check my PM folder on the HD Forum web site around 12:00pm on 04/23/08 for a response from you - I will send you payment at that time per your instructions.

Thank You,
Eric

I just emailed Tracy to see if this will work on a 2001 EG.  His ebay site lists '02 and newer.  If i will work, i am in for the discounted price also.

Alright everyone. Tracy just posted that he has 3 units left.

If you want one, you can pay using PayPal to him at: tracy588@rogers.com

Or you can email him at that address to make payment arrangements.

If you have questions, lease email him for answers.

Thanks,
Steve

That's great Brian.

Please post after you get it installed. I'd like to hear how it went. If you get a chance to ride and test performance, that would be great too.

I'm way out in Washington state so I won't be getting mine until Monday.

Great to hear about customer service. Tracy is taking steps to become a forum sponsor. We need guys like him around here.

Wow! That was super fast.

Thanks for posting. Sounds like the install was simple. Anything the rest of us should know? Maybe something in the instructions that wasn't completely clear?? Any surprises?

I think it will take all of us some ride time to really notice the difference. For me, there is one road in particular that will be the test. Last time I rode it at 70+, my bike got really loose part way through a long sweeper.

Got it installed, took about an hour and 15 mins.  Had to loosen the fat cat at the head and take the bolt out of the trans bracket to get to the one bolt.  I wasn't expecting much from the missing link, as I don't really fully understand how it works.  But I must say that the bike rides so differently.  It handles so much nicer, no more sloppiness.  It is one of the better mods that I have done to the bike and would highly recommend it to anyone.  Thanks Tracy, you have another satisfied customer.

Steve,
Do ya know what I’ll be doing this weekend? Got my goodie box delivered today from Tracy. Unbelievably fast shipping and the install looks to be straight forward. Thanks again for your initiative in helping some of us on this forum to save a buck or two.

He's got a lot of satisfied customers & will have even more by next week!  I've spent the last week ridin' around with mine.  I've also seen lots of threads here on the forum about IDS being "the best thing I've ever done to my bike".  Those folks haven't done the stabilizer!  I recently swapped rides with a friend & his '08 with IDS.  Yeah, I could tell a difference, & I may add that later but Tracy's stabilizer does a lot more for the bike.  In fact that friend is one of the group that took advantage of this buy.

Make your money while you can Tracy, when Harley wises up this will become part of the stock machines.
