I found this by accident the other day while cleaning my bike. I was cleaning the 9 spoke wheels with Mothers Aluminum polish. The end of the ovals was black from running rich. Almost from the instant I put the polish on the stainless end of the muffler the black stuff just melted away! I took less time to clean both pipes than to type this. It worked on my boom tips on my truck too!!!!
