18th is a good date with C so I guess that makes it "oldfficial" if that is good with everyone else.

So, here are some details. We will get a map or address to you so everyone can get here. we will need to get a head count.There is plenty of room for bikes. I think we can handle about 50 or moreon the parking pad without blocking the driveway. We can handle about 30 cars on the side yard and still be able to get in and out.

The pool and hot tub will be ready for anyone wanting to get all wet. We have plenty of bath towels, loungers for the sun bathers, seating for about 30, pool table will be ready to go, (I'll make sure the felt has been cleaned and ready for all you shark types), there's a bar top and bar stools down there too.

We have a fairly large grill that should be just finewith an extra burner for a hot side dish. We need to discuss a menu cause everyone may not eat dogs or burgers and beans. Anyone caging is more than welcome to bring a side dish or deserts, beverages and of course andanother large cooler filled with ICE will be nice too as we have only one.

C will be out of town the week before(but here for the weekend)so if you guys want to get some heads together and help plan this thing I'll make sure everything is ready to go over here.

Dogs, burgers and beans are fine with Todd and I. Does anyone else have a problem with those? If not, then it's just a matter of everyone contributing a side item, appetizer or desert, or pitching in on with an ice chest, sodas and/or other beverages, and paper or plastic products.

And yes, count Todd and I in.
