Have fun!

When I took my course, it rained all weekend. Don't be afraid of it. Be happy it happens in a controlled environment. All riding in the rain can do is make you a better rider.

Way to go. Enjoy the second day of class then get out and practice. Developing good riding skills are essential.

Hi,
I took my MSF course over a weekend in early April a few years ago and it was 40 degrees and drizzling the whole time but it was alot of fun and after the second day after i got my license i went and picked my new bike up and rode it home. I was the only person out on a bike smiling and cold and wet at the same time.

I took a basic mc safety course a few years back after having been riding for 30+ years and I still learned stuff! Im glad I did it and may even take the advanced course. Cant be too careful.

John,
I'm thinking of getting a softail deluxe. What do you think? Either that or a roadking. I'm taking a 2 day course next week.

Hope that everything works out for you on the motorcycle course, when I started riding, I didn't have to take a course, I just hoped on and started learning how to ride. I had a big open field to learn and it was a blast.
