Default Any one ship tires from US to Canada
Are there any big surprises like big duty fees or anything?

I had a friend who was driving back from the U.S. pick-up a set of tires (Dunlops) for me, pay the PST/GST at the border and bring them over, no problem.
I saved $ 200 on the set.
