Default Tour Pac lights

This post would be for those of you who have an 07 SE Ultra, with the Leather tour pac. As we all know..we have no lights on the rear end at all, except for the turn signals and brake lights.

Have any of you installed or added any additional lighting to that back area? If so, would you point me in the right direction on where to get some LED lights that work and how you mounted them without it looking silly.

There are lots of lighting options available, but it appears all are geared for the standard tour pac that already has lights or wiring. I would like to have the ones that are on all the time, and will brighten when you brake...but that might be asking too much.

Any known options are appreciated.

Thanks.

DanB

I have these on my Tour Pak. I have 3 mounted vertically between the antennas with the two outside lights acting as turn signals. All three are wired as running lights and brake lights. These were on my2007 FLHTCUSE2when I bought it as a pre-owned. All of the wires are hidden by the Tour Pak lining and they are flush mountedon the outside. They look like they are original equipment and they appear to be metal chrome rather than plastic. The original owner said he paid over $400 for the three installed. These are a little morethrough J&P Cycles. The group I ride with say they really make the bike standout at night.

Thanks Highwayking, been looking for a solution to this problem myself, as I want LIGHTS on the back, especially when I'm slowing down...

Custom Dynamics had exactly what I needed to light the back of my bike. If you have the leather tour pac like this..you will want this on your bike. Now, I do not fear riding at night as I can be seen. This little light bar is bright as heck.

Thanks to Yoopermjm for referring me to their site. "Dave" is the man at Custom Dynamics. Very helpful, even via email, in answering questions regarding this set up and installation. You can set this light bar up to have turn signal, brake lights and running lights all in one.
