i have a 56 pan and the super e on it and i get fuel to the bowl but wont start if i cover carb with my hand and kick it two times the fuel enters carb and will start then stop no flow help me i cleaned carb and made sure that there was no pluged jets all o ring there im stumped

Super E has an enrichner not a choke. When you cover the carb with your hand you cut off the air going over the enrichner port and no fuel is drawn up. Enrichner on, a couple of priming kicks then enrichner off, ignition onand kick. Depending on the bike you may need to just leave the enrichner on until it's running.

If you had the bowl off check to see if ejector oring is still there.Item #40 on parts breakdown.This oring is famous for sticking enough and falling off unnoticed.Will cause the symtoms you describe.Idle problem could also be an intake leak,improper idle mixture or idle rpm setting.Rare but also sticky advance.
