Out of all the days you have rode....what was the best day for you?...where were you? andwhat madethe ride so special?


Mine was Colorado...Durango to Montrose thru Ouray on 550 and 92 /133 north to Carbondale then thru Independence Pass 82 (Aspen) to Leadville. The sight of Ouray for a half hour before we got there and the fantastic day of mountains in Colorado.....the day before we went to the Grand Canyon and that was a sight i will never forget...


Life is Great....We all Ride!!!!... always in the mountains if it was possible...

Not necessarily in order of "best" but these are probably pretty close to tied for 1st place ...

1. Highway 12 in Utah. The ride from Bryce Canyon to Boulder, UT, in late August of this year.

2. Durango, CO, August 2006. A kayak adventure in the morning and then a nice ride from Durango to Silverton.

3. The Dragon, July 2005. My first time ... and who can ever forget their first time.

4. My parent's backyard sometime in the early 1960s when I rode on the gas tank of my pop's Triumph. Now that I think of it ... this is probably the BEST ride ever ... even though I couldn't reach the bars. :D

1. Houston to Sturgis....first big ride.......

2. Houston to Canada - Niagra Falls...

3. Houston to San Diego / Yosemite / Hwy 50 (Nevada) / 550 in colorado to home

4. Houston to Yellowstone. . . .


Nothing better than a couple week ride.....makes you not want to hop on for just the day!!!
