I have a 2008 Street Bob that has now received a scratch on the fender, (no idea how it got there) either way I want to remove it.  It is really small and not very deep, I have brought it to a body shop and was suggested to remove it by hand if possible, if not bring it back.  I have tried using a 1000 grit removing paste as well as scratch x by Meguiars.  No luck in getting it out.  Does any one have any ideas? I hate to have to bring it back, it’s so small and will probably get laughed at over it, but it bothers the heck out of me.  I could put a 2 up seat on it but am afraid it would start to rust if not fixed.
