2005 fatboy...zero miles

i have a friend who has a brand new fatboy, that he was going to sell to someone in Brazil. the client never paid and it has been in a crate in his warehouse for 3 years. who wants it...i wil get some pictures of the bike as soon as possible. i do not know what he needs for the bike, so make some offers...i assume it is a completely stock bike. i believe it is black

NOT GOING TO BE AN AUCTION....FOR THOSE INTERESTED, I WILL BE GETTING THE BIKE BACK FROM THE HD DEALER WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY...I WILL POST PICS THEN. THEY ARE SETTING IT UP AND CHECKING IT OVER. ANYTHING NEEDING REPLACEMENT WILL BE DONE. AT THAT TIME I WILL POST A PRICE, DEPENDING ON WHAT THE SERVICE COST IS. AGAIN THIS IS A NEW BIKE

If I read it right its an 05,,,,,,,,,,,,,this is 08.....

That is true however in his initial post he stated that it was an 05 fatboy that has been sitting in a warehouse for 3 years...still is new just not 08 new.

uawman you are correct. techinally it is used because it is titled. i am not saying it is a new untitled bike, just one that has not been ridden. as a matter of fact, it is still at the dealership getting fixed up for sale. i believe they need to replace a few seals which may have dry rotted. i wil know more today and keep everyone posted
