Checked engine oil today. At the add mark on the stick. I do not have any extra amsoil with me. Nearest place is 20 miles away. Will topping off with Mobil 1 V twin  hurt anything ?

Something I learned a long time ago and more that likely it is still good info.
Any oil company doing business with the Military has to meet their spects. One of these spects is that the oil is compatible and can be mixed. I don't know how things are today but in the day all, whatever kind of oil, came in a green can.

Last I heard (~12 months back?) AMSOIL purchased thier base stock from Mobil.  Then they throw in their own additives and tweaks.

Considering that you can mix syn and dino with no worse outcome than lessening the longevity of the syn, I'd say you had no worries....
