No, but I'd imagine fishing line (higher test), gloves, maybe a heat gun or blow dryer, some goo gone and a bit of patience...

Very simple to do. I used a plastic putty knife, wrapped with an old t-shirt. The remaining sticky can be removed with Goo Gone.

Tank badge removal is simple 5 minute job as stated, fishing line and Goo Gone is all that's needed. Helps to wear some gloves.

CAUTION: NEVER GO ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR BIKE WITH ANY KIND OF PUTTY KNIFE ORRAZOR BLADE! NEVER!
Blow dryer, dental floss & goo gone. Heating them up good with a blow dryer is the key...gotta get that factory glue loose . Do the job slow, slow slow! It's a piece of cake!
