Hello all,
I am rebuilding my 80 FXWG here in Korea and was trying to identify the maker of these wheels.
Also, I am looking for some good parts dealers stateside. I was looking for a shout back from satisfied customers. The local HD shop is not an option… I still have an APO mailing address so shipping is not an issue. Thanks again and see ya down the road! Wally

Are you looking for wheels like the picture? Are you trying to go

gack to stock wheels. I have an 80 FXWG, and a lot of info on

stock parts. Let me know if you are restoring, or just rebuilding

it as it is. I will send, or post whatever I can.  A good site for

HD parts is BikeBandit .com    Nosparts.com for many obsolete parts.

JohnB445,

Thanks for the info Bro!
I bought the ride in 93 from the 2nd owner. It had gone through a rebuild prior to me picking it up from my bro. I have most of the stock parts in storage back in the states with the exception of the carb and tank. When it was rebuilt most of the black parts were chromed… I’m not planning anything major with my changes but really wanted to go with this style of wheels with its new look. My second choice is powder coated fat spokes with rims. The photo I included was taken in 04 when we were packing her up to ship to Korea. I put a block under the frame and let all the air out of the tires. That way in the crate it would not bounce around as much. Even put back on my old UK plate for S&Gs!
Anyway, thanks again and I will post a photo when it is done!   Wally
