Default s&s jet

hello,
i just got done putting the clutch and new oil and fuel lines back in the shovel.i went for a ride and it seems alittle slugish off the line.when i crack the trottle some black smoke comes out of the drag pipes,not much. the intermediate jet might be to large. does anyone know off handwhat size that jet is. i havent opened the carb yet so i dont know whats in there. the bike is a 74in, s&s carb, and drag pipes. thanks

super E? super B? Also the jet is located underneath the bowl when you take that brass screw out. and its numbered. No telling what the jest is until you loo at that numbered jet. Check this out, it will assist you:

If it's an E carb shut down the accelerator pump a turn clock wise
